ABOUT CHRISTIE
Christie measures the value of movement through more than aesthetics. She is all about changing people's lives through Pilates.
Growing up as both a National Rhythmic Gymnast and AAA Ice Hockey player – a concussion and several other injuries inhibited her ability to move. Healing and learning from these experiences has driven Christie’s current passion to help everyone live pain-free.
Christie has dedicated the last eight years of her life to teaching fitness in Vancouver, San Francisco, and Denver. She found her calling as an A La Ligne Pilates Instructor. She sees Pilates as the foundation for drastically reducing pain, while improving physical performance.

Christie’s focus on biomechanical alignment gives people of all levels the ability to become stronger both in body and mind. Time in the studio with her is an uplifting experience. She is here to support you with her whole heart to live the life you want during your practice – as well as off the mat.
